Dr. Lisa Wilson
Optometrist
Dr. Lisa Wilson earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ithaca College in New York.
With over 25 years of experience in both private practice and ophthalmology settings, Dr. Wilson provides comprehensive eye care with a focus on medical optometry, ocular surface disease, and surgical co-management for procedures such as LASIK and cataract surgery.
Outside the office, Dr. Wilson enjoys traveling with her husband, visiting vineyards, photographing nature scenes, and spending time with their Labrador Retriever.
She values a personalized approach to eye care and takes pride in helping patients feel at ease while protecting their vision.
Dr. Powell
Optometrist
Dr. Powell has been in practice since 2002. Beginning in the Kansas City area and relocating to DFW in 2013.
She is originally from Dodge City, KS and graduated from Kansas State University in 1997. She completed her education at The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2002.
Her husband Sean Powell is also an optometrist and is the head of Global Surgical training at Alcon. They have 2 teenagers, Lily and Jack. She stays quite busy shuttling them to drill team and basketball practices.
In her free time she enjoys audiobooks, college basketball, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Powell enjoys seeing patients of all ages.
